Merit Badge Adventure is organized and run entirely by volunteers. As such, the more help we get, the better an event we can put on for our Scouts. Some of the positions needed to fill include:
- Greeters
- Road Sign Setter
- Registration/ Check In for Scouts, Counselors and Volunteers
- Unloaders/Loaders for Counselors from car to classroom
- Kiosk Merit Badge Reviewers
- Merit Badge Classroom Helpers: so all offerings follow the Youth Protection BSA 2:1 rule known better as Two Deep Rule.
- Lunch/Hospitality staff for three areas: Scouts (2 zones) and Counselors (1 zone)
- Classroom Computer Connector Technician
- Hallway Guiders
- Midway Info Researcher
- Midway Printers
- Mini-Session Presenters
- Event Photographer
- Logo Designer (needs to have adobe illustrator and photoshop program access)
- Mock players for some Merit Badges
- And more...
Some of the jobs are the day of the event for an hour or two, while others are done from home before the event.
